"Hello! My name is MEEKA! Why are you hanging
way up there??"
You'll remember Meeka's last adventure with the other secret residents in the house. Despite his very cool, laid back demeanor Mom says she doesn't trust him for a minute which is probably wise. She's smart that way.
Mom and our girl have a soft spot for little critters and were made aware of about 800 birdies that suddenly came into rescue a few months ago. That's a lot of feathers! So despite trying to restrain themselves, they brought home a few of them. I don't see the point. They seem to make a lot of noise and I haven't heard any howling from them yet.
I guess this gives a whole new meaning to "bird dog". And I don't think Meeka will be visiting them anytime soon again, or so says Mom. She said Meeka looked a little too interested. He needs to learn how to be aloof like me. Darn!

Way to sneak in, Meeka!
Your family is sweet to take in different kinds of homeless animals!!!
Love,
Amber
Oh Meeka, your smile says it all. Did the birdies get upset while you were there?

Wow, those look yummy.

Wow, Meeka, your training has served you well. You are the best covert ops dog we've seen. We thinkyou might need to work on your interrigation techniques, tho. haroo!
Oh, such a good try Meeka....might have helped if you were a super-sized sibe like me. A couple more inches would have help you quite a bit!
Kisses, Sky
AO4 - Yep, my Mom has a real soft spot for all sorts of critters. I am sneaky aren't I?
MayaMarie - The birdies didn't tweet very much when I was there. I don't know why.
Steve & Kat - Gasp! Are you insinuating we should EAT them?!! (trying not to smirk my sneaky smirk)
G&S - What? Ya think the honesty and cheerful demeanor are a bit over the top?
Sky - What you didn't see was when I balanced myself on the very edge of the bed. That got me a litttttle bit closer. Darn!
