Can Wet Be Dry?

Hi Everybuddy -

I realize it's Friday and my brain is tired from an entire week's worth of thinking but I ask you - can wet ever be dry?? This may seem like a very strange question to you. Take a look at this morning's weather forecast and you'll understand why I'm asking:

Check Sunday's forecast out. I don't know about you but my experience with snow (which hasn't been much this season) has taught me that snow is always wet! This makes me wonder......just what kind of snow are they saying is possible? I'm not sure I'd like to have dry snow. Have any of you experienced dry snow? I think I might have to consult Ari. She's paw deep in snow right now and maybe she can do some experimentation to help us solve this weather mystery. Woo - this is all pretty heavy for a Friday morning. I need to ponder this some more. Wish me luck!

Very confusing. Master is always watching the weather channel, but Momma says its only worth while if what they say will change her plans for the day.

Me? I just look out the window (duh).

We here in Minniesnowda are experts on this. Dry snow is that light fluffy stuff that falls gently, wet snow has more water in it and is heavier. If you were to shovel it, dry snow is a piece of cake and wet snow is heavy and hard to lift.

Kisses,
Stella, who likes dry snow best.

Not sure of the difference, but snow is good, wet or dry. Have a furry snowy weekend!

Well, you can always put in an application for dry snow. Don't know you'll get it approved but .....

Deep thoughts by Echo. Very interesting conundrum. I am fond of any snow wet or dry.

I guess that is where the weatherwheel stoppped!

My mom is pretty well trained to NOT listen to them...what it is, is what it is...she khan't do anything about it!

Any kind of snow is good. The 5 inches we got yesterday was really fluffy.

We thought wet snow is what happened after Rusty went by.

We are sure you really don't care what kind of snow it is as long as you can play in it... Hope you get some..

I hope you got some of that snow stuff! And we don't listen to the weather people either. They don't have a clue.

Snow is snow to me and I wish I had some, wet or dry.

Did you ever figure it out? What is wet snow?
