Trivia Answer & This Isn't Snow!

Hi Everybuddy -

Did you all notice the countdown widget at the top of my blog? Winter has arrived! It's official - we can now expect mass quantities of snow! Mom said it doesn't quite work that way but I like to remain optimistic. I'm thinking at this point she might be right however. We got some winter weather here in PA this past weekend. But it sure wasn't snow.

"Excuse me but this isn't what I ordered!"

We got ice. Lots of it. I don't like ice. It makes stalking Meeka and Shyla very difficult since I can't aim my Siberian body slams. Today it's windy. I told Shyla she needs to be careful outside because the wind will push her right across the ice...Woo! In light of the precipiatation order debacle, this is what Meeka and I opted to do this weekend:
Maybe Mother Nature will get our order right next time around. Too bad she doesn't have an exchange policy!
It's time to reveal the answer to last week's trivia question. The question was, what is the most popular tree topper in America? Many of you voted and the votes were split between.....

and .........

The correct answer is - the Angel. We found this to be a timely trivia question since our boy has been debating the issue with his girlfriend for the past 2 weeks. They are enjoying their first Christmas Tree together and were having a hard time agreeing on what belonged at the top. Our boy wanted a star and she wanted an angel. Mom settled it with a compromise. She bought them a bow.

Take a look at this week's final Christmas trivia question and be sure to cast your vote!

Queen Natasha (and the male human) have advice for the boy on the trivia question. The female is always right (or, the corollary, being right is wrong) and that is how you keep a girlfriend. Chuckling. And we agree on the weather mixup. Our temperature is finally showing winter (it was 3 F when we woke up), but the sky is clear and no snow is falling.

We don't like ice, either! Unless it comes from the magic cold box!

Sorry you got all that ice and no snow. Mommy said you can have all of our snow if you want it! We had ice a couple of weeks ago and now it is under all this snow. Be careful on that stuff!

We have a very old Angel on our tree, Mom just can't seem to part with it. But a star would be nice too.

We have no snow, no ice, but lots and lots of furry cold temps.

Happy Holidays to all of woos.

We were right! Mom and I discussed it and since we have an angel on ours, that's what we guessed. For the next one we guessed Super Bowl because Mom hates how she feels after the game. She says at least Thanksgiving and Christmas some of the food she over eats is veggies, but she can't ever rememebr eating veggies during a Super Bowl game.
Hope you get your snow soon. I really hate ice, too.
OH and buying them a bow was a great idea. You're Mom is very smart!

Let us know when you develop the weather exchange program. We'd like to exchange some of our summer days. Napping looks good to us.
