My Official Legal Findings

From the Desk Of: ECHO - Siberian At Law

It has been brought to my attention Canyon Kapp (identified below):

....requires my legal advice for an incident which can be reviewed here.

My findings are as follows:

Canyon vs. Mom & Dad

In the case entitled Canyon vs. Mom & Dad my findings are as follows:

Upon stated date (Friday, 11th day of April, 2008) Canyon of The Kapp Pack was let outside into a yard containing mud. One known as "Dad" gave permission by default (open door) for Canyon to enter the muddy yard and will therefore share in our ruling. Leniency will be considered since Dad was doing laundry. We further find the accumulation of mud a natural act of God - therefore exonerating Canyon from further responsibility. We find pack mate known as "Sky" (identified below):

....... guilty of assault. Might we further add that "Dad" neglected to completely remove all of the mud from our client which perpetuated Mom to deny Canyon the simple comfort of the bed which is considered his due reward for providing unconditional love to his family. This denial has caused my client excessive stress and mental anguish. Therefore my recommendations are as follows:

- Canyon will have exclusive use of aforementioned bed for one entire night.

- Mom & Dad will be issued a suspended sentence of one night sleeping on the floor by the door to the garage. They will be observed for the period no less than one week and will report to the short, cute biped for daily evaluations. As a further stipulation to this recommendation, it will be noted that no food items (cookies, candy, cake) or toys can be offered to persuade evaluator for a favorable report. This would be considered a violation of their probation which will immediately revoke their suspended sentence and will result in a night by the door to the garage....on the floor.

- Furthermore, due to the findings of assault for perpetrator known as "Sky", we recommend he attend one day of anger management counseling.

- In addition, in an effort to avoid Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome - Canyon will be given one extra biscuit twice daily for the period of 30 days.

Echo, you are clearly an erudite legal scholar. I suspect that, years from now, attorneys testifying before the supreme court will site this case as a decisive legal precedent.
