Siberian Tools and Siberian Help

Hi Everybuddy -

Whew! Am I ever glad this weekend is over! We worked very hard. Dad had a new project and we needed to help him. It's a good thing he has us to help otherwise he may not have ever gotten done. It took two weekends. Of course it also helped that he was using official Siberian tools. Take a look:

Good thinking Dad! There's nothing better than that to get the job done right. Here I am helping him choose just the right tool for the job:

"Yup! That's the one!"

Then we needed to get some other supplies together:

"Here ya go Dad!"

Next we measured:

"Steady now.....be careful!"

Then it was time for us to be sure Dad did it right:

"Just a minute Dad - measure twice - cut once is what they say."

Finally, we were finished. That was alot of work! Tomorrow the floor guy comes again to measure for the laminate we helped Mom choose for the living room and dining room. Stay tuned for more on that this week. Oh my dogness - they're lucky we're here. I don't know what they'd do without us!

Oh wow, you'all are really good.
Good point about the measuing. I'll be sure to tell my dad.
Mom may need your help when she starts her house projects. I heard something about painting and tile. I'll let you know, she's gonna need all the help she can get.

Very good on being helpful!

Now, when the new flooring comes in, there's something called "glue" and you need to make sure that there's enough fur in the glue, otherwise it won't stick right, so put your whole bodies in it.

I want to see pictures of the finished product, where the humans wail and cry (in happiness) when there's hunks of fur stuck between the slats of the flooring.

Wowzers, are you guys helpful! Did Adrill show up? I like that Husky knife thingy. Mom has a little Husky screwdriver; some guys broke her other one and got her the Husky one 'cuz they thought she'd like the logo. COOL!
Play bows,
Zim
PS: I've never used a pencil, but Dave ate one once and said it was tasty.

Hiya,
You are so very helpful to yur daddy. I wonder if our daddy has any Huskee tools? He won't let me go through his work truck. I know that if allowed, I would help take down the rest of the wall paper in the breakfast room for our daddy so he could go on to the next step. But, he put a halt to that fur now. I only tried to help!

MayaMarie - Hmmm...my Mom just mentioned something about needing all the help she can get too. That and a comment about wine. I'm not sure what they have in common!

Meeshka - Our floor guy says no glue! DARN! Glue sounds like fun.

Kelsey Ann - Oh he did! He even said so.

Steve - Guess what? Shhh....don't tell him I told you but.....his Husky Knife broke!

Zim - Colored pencils are particulary tasty! And Mom can always tell who ate them when she looks outside. Same with crayons.

Holly - Well, our house would never look pretty if they didn't have us!

Juneau - Oooh....you must sneak inside his work truck! Think of the fun!
